PROGRAMS:
Piano'Scape offers adult piano students an opportunity to study and further their musical skills.
It is open to all adults, from beginner to advanced levels, who enjoy sharing their love of piano playing and music.
Piano'Scape includes:

Private lessons with Cathy Campbell (classical), Bob Rodriguez (contemporary jazz), and Bob Pettegrew (traditional swing/stride). A total of five (5) lessons are provided with either one or any combination of the three teachers.
Lectures and classes: theory and chord structure; musicianship (memorization, technique, practice tips, overcoming performance anxiety, improvisation); classical ensemble playing; open jam sessions; student salons; a faculty recital; a student recital (participation is optional, but encouraged). Additional classes/lectures to be added, subject to change.
A welcoming reception and dinner, and the chance to enjoy other local cultural events. New student orientation at registration time (Sunday, August 19).
Unlimited practice time; pianos located around the campus to assure privacy.
Dorm accommodations with private rooms.
Three meals -- breakfast, lunch and dinner – are served daily and prepared by the school chef.
An optional evening at the Peterborough Players, one of the country's oldest, leading professional summer stock theatres (not included in the tuition).
A last-night dinner party at the home of hosts Hope and Bob Pettegrew.
As seen in the photograph above, Piano'Scape takes place at The Winchendon School in Winchendon, MA. The campus overlooks the town with Mount Monadnock in the distance just over the New Hampshire border. The nearby towns of Peterborough and Keene (both NH) offer summer professional theater, fine dining, art galleries, antiques and shopping.
